Late Repayment Policy
If you repay your loan on time, we sincerely thank you, and there is no need for you to read further.
We believe our agreement with you is simple — we provided services, all we ask is that you repay us on time (before or on the due date). We normally send you a reminder one day before the due date and once everyday if it’s overdue, we don’t believe you should need several reminders to pay us, but we would still send reminder notification when necessary.
Notification
We will send you a notification one day before the due date, if your repayment happens to be late, we will remind you again once everyday. We will send the reminder via KOMJEY mobile application, your email address and or a phone call if necessary. If your phone number or email bounces, we will attempt to contact you by other means.
Due date
Repayments are due and payable upon your loan agreement, and the repayment must be repaid into our bank account before the due date.
Late repayments
If we have not received your repayment in our bank account before the due date, we will send you a reminder via KOMJEY App, email and phone call. Also, as a penalty for the late repayment we will add a 2% of interest per day to your current overdue unpaid repayment.
Non-payment
If we have not received your late repayment within thirty days, we will ban your account from using KOMJEY App in future, and expose the loan agreement and your identity to the court of Cambodia as evidence.
If you refuse to pay us, or do not respond to our emails or phone call, we will make every effort to collect the debt. As a reminder, you have agreed that all costs we incur associated with collecting debts, including attorneys’ fees and court costs, will be paid by you.
